In this Vietnamese cooking class, you’ll be using everyday ingredients such as mint, lemongrass, limes, coriander, and chilies, so it will be easy to recreate the dishes at home.

Our hands-on cooking class is designed for all skill levels of cooking enthusiast. Enjoy your welcome drink with variety of appetizers and a relaxing evening cooking with people who share your passion for good food, fun, and cultural experience.

We will prepare together these favorite dishes for our dinner:

  • Gỏi Cuốn: Vietnamese Fresh Summer Rolls
  • Nuoc Cham: aromatic delicious dipping sauce
  • Cha Gio: Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls
  • Bò Bún: Rice Noodles Salad with Lemongrass Beef
    (Vegetarian option: with tofu or mushrooms)

 

Asian dessert will be served at the end of your dinner, and you will go home with a memorable experience.

Ayu, the initiator and founder of "Sendok Garpu” catering and event designer, is an Indonesian entrepreneur living in Zurich. Growing up, food was always a strong part of Ayu’s family life. She decided to further explore her culinary talent and put together with her Swiss Hotel Management School expertise, she succeeded in creating authentic and flavourful Indonesian cuisine far away from home. Not limited to Indonesian cuisine, Ayu has been immersed in Japanese food culture as she is also a chef in one of the famous Japanese restaurants in Zurich. She loves to share her cooking knowledge and is always the happiest when talking about food.
