Japanese food is one of the most popular cuisines in the world and for good reason.

In 2017, the WHO placed Japan as one of the healthiest nations in the world. Japanese superfoods are packed with nutrients and are the real key to Japanese longevity.

Japanese food (Washoku) is a living part of the culture. Washoku isn’t just food, but also the attitudes and traditions surrounding it. It was inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013.
