In our hands-on Korean cooking class, you will learn how to cook Korean favorite dishes, which is full of the best flavours and ingredients that Korea has to offer, such as:
- Kimchi ( we will make fresh kimchi “Geotjeori” and eat it for our dinner. You will learn how to ferment kimchi, so that you can make fermented kimchi at home)
- Korean BBQ Beef: Bulgogi
- Spicy Korean BBQ Chicken
- Japchae (Korean stir-fried glass noodles)
- *For vegetarians: we will prepare some different types of mushrooms for the Korean BBQ
Asian dessert will be served at the end of the dinner and you will go home with memorable experience.
