Lorenzo Dal Bo
Lorenzo Dal Bo is Italian and, after discovering cooking was his true calling, he has been living in over 10 different countries in the last 15 years.
His journey has been about more than just cooking; through his work, he has engaged with food systems that respect the needs of the natural environment, as well as the needs of present and future generations. To Lorenzo, sharing food not only connects people, but also shows care for those gathered at the table. His cooking equally emphasizes taste, beauty and health.
Today, he is the owner and Executive Chef of the food project BRENSO, based in Zurich.
